This much loved home is located across the street from Zancudo Beach, a 5 kilometer long sandy beach peninsula. Good for surfing, swimming, fishing and beach combing.
The house is super comfortable and has about all you need to relax and have all amenities at your fingertips. No expense has been spared to make this possible.
It is concrete block construction--even on the inside walls making both bedrooms very private. Also the concrete seems to keep the house dry even in the most humid weather. There are decorative hardwood features throughout the home.
The front door is a masterpiece, double arched doors of Cristobal (mahogany) wood. The back door and inside doors are all of Cedro (cedar) The large bar dividing the kitchen is also of cristobal wood. The front verandah is tiled and has ceiling fans where you can sit and watch the monkeys feasting in the local fruit trees. Giant blue Morpho butterlies also flutter by. Not to mention all the kinds of wildlife to see.

This is a great house to share with a roommate..both rooms are on opposite sides of the house.
